I arrived at 1:58 and was told if I wanted happy hr $1 sliders I’d need to drive back around the building and wait until 2 p.m. vs paying almost double…75% more($1.69+tax). By time I did so I ended up waiting 23 min thru drive thru due to all cars then lady at window said, “he could’ve overrode it that close so you know next time.” Tell him so he knows next time. Other than that very friendly, kind and respectful service.

This Arby’s was one of the worst ones I’ve seen. They are very unprofessional . The managers were using foul language extremely loud in the restaurant. They let a homeless man sleep 30 to 40 minutes in the dining room. I know we should help everyone, but that’s not good for business. To top that off, ALL the managers were outside smoking, and one girl was right in front of the building smoking Marijuana with a crew person. They left the crew in the building by themselves. They could have been robbed, and they could have been stealing from the company. How would they know if they are all outside not focused on the restaurant. Thank you.

It was terrible in the parking lot area. It was dark as heck. They didn’t have any of the lights on outside. Not by the ordering area and when I drove around to the pay window that was dark as heck also. When I asked about it she said they were so busy they didn’t have time to turn them on. That’s funny, the one sweeping the floor could have. Unless they didn’t teach her how. Someone could get jumped and robbed and they don’t care enough to turn on the lights. What don’t the company want the business.

Good service and food, one bit of concern. Not naming any names or wanting to get anyone in trouble as I’ve been there but at the drive-thru window someone was shaking and crying while having to engage customers. It was alarming but I feel that someone should have been able to replace them so they could go calm down or leave if needed..

We stop on our way to work, usually 8:45 pm. The outside lights and menu are never on. But they’re still taking orders. It’s completely dark in the parking lot and they say that a breaker needs replaced but it’s been like this for almost 5 months now. I think they turn it off cuz they don’t want customers. I can never see what I’m ordering and they are all always rude when taking my order. Rushing me, but I can’t see anything so I’m not fast enough for them.
