This place may have good food and prices but, staring at a black person/ mixed family is atrocious. Customers are one thing but, staff should know better and be taught better. Will never come back here again and not recommend it to anyone, unless you want to be stared at for being a certain race. Absolutely disgusting!

This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks that i have gone through this Arbys drive thru and have been waited on by one of the most rudest people i have ever met in my life. Her name is Ruth. When i asked for a drink carrier, she was very rude, like it was asking too much, then she handed me the food and i had to ask for arbys sauce and she rolled her eyes at me and gave them to me while dropping some of them. And this happened both times i visited the drive thru. Im guessing as long as shes working there ill go to another store. If you are that unhappy with your job .. Quit, and go into another profession where you are not serving people. You are there to serve the people with a friendly attitude, no matter what is going on in your life.

I been to Arby’s twice this month and had the same problem today and the workers got my mad when my grandma started yelling because they wouldn’t let me or her explain and told us to leave so then I pulled up to the window and the same thing happened I tryed to explain to them that we had the mustang card to buy get one free roost beef sandwich and they said that doesn’t work when you get the meal and all years of using that card we are just now having problems with it. I do wanna say thank you to the young man who help us last time with this problem and understand what the card was for and help us get are order right but after today we are officially done going to Arby’s in howland.

My wife and I stopped for lunch today. I signed up for the Arby’s mobile app and encountered technical difficulties. The staff was very helpful resolving my issue and I was able to complete my order. Team member, Rhonda, went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. Great service, excellent food!
