Fries have been dropped back in oil to heat them rather than throwing them out when they’re old and making new. See picture. Chicken bacon Swiss sandwich sloppy and buns smashed together. Mac n cheese thrown on its side into bag. This is the second time I’ve been to this location and the fries were re-dropped. Now just have a burnt taste. Pay good money for food and get screwed over by lazy workers who make too much for their station. 3 weeks later the 4th photo. Don’t look like anything is getting addressed still redroppex old fries, still a mess of a crushed sandwich with sauce everywhere and even the fountain drink tasted like pure syrup.

I went in since I had coupons to make it easier. Sandwiches were made quickly and sat and sat and sat as 5 or more drive thru customers were waited on. Waited over 15 minutes as they gave fries and cheese sticks to those in drive thru that would have finished my order and had me on my way. Sandwiches were turkey bacon and ranch with no bacon. I don’t want a coupon, free food or anything. I will not be going back.

Always have good portions, fresh, hot, not sitting under a heat lamp food. Never mess up orders like other fast food places. The Austintown always runs a store special of 4 for $10 Classic Roast Beef, can actually feed all of us reasonably instead of a fortune compared to other fast food places

Just went thru the drive thru and I got the French dip sandwich,get all the way home and realize they never gave me the french onion dip or a straw. We were the only ppl in the drive thru so idk how they managed to forget the most important thing in the meal. All We got was 2 roast beef sandwiches and the French dip meal. Makes zero sense!!

The workers were high… nice but totally screwed up the order. Ordered a beef and cheddar got a regular roast beef … The curly fries were tiny crumbs of burnt crispy pieces. Awful.. nasty.. ordered a water was told it was a sprite. And was told I ordered the sliders.

The food was Disgusting. I waited over 65 minutes in the drive thru line & got home & sent Arby’s Headquarters 2 emails on what I experienced. They should not be allowed to open their doors to the public & serve Disgusting food. The Health Dept. Needs to know about this. I hope they see this review.

Employees can’t hear. Our whole order was totally wrong. Took them forever to answer phone when we called and complained. Was told to come back and they would remake food. Told them absolutely not. It’s 9:00 at night. Did not offer to replace food at a later date or anything other than us going up at present time

Somehow whenever I go and order a french dip with Swiss with no bun they always seem to think that I don’t need the dip part of my French dip. It’s literally in the name and on the order ticket. Come on guys where’s your common sense.
