Fish tenders were soggy. It took 45 mins for my pick up to be prepared and it was already pre ordered before i got there. I love ARBY’S but i never know what its gonna be great service and food at a resonable time or the exact opposite.. Its one or the other no in between.

Let’s just start with the food is always great here no complaints, however the staff seems very overwhelmed or they just don’t care most of the time. My past 4 orders have either been wrong or were missing items. The managers are there to fix it but even they seem overwhelmed with the number of newer employees and lack of assistance training during busy times not to mention watching orders get cleared off their screens before fully filled leading to mass confusion for the rest of the staff. The current staff at the time of review gets a 5 star for trying but only 1 star for over all readiness.

Arby’s is a good place to eat if u don’t mind having a limited selection to choose from. They make the best curly fries in Alliance. They also have the checked fries. Those r great w melted cheddar cheese. There’s always coupons in the mail. Lots of freebies.

I was over from Maryland to watch my son’s team wrestle. I used the app to order my food and pickup in the drive-thru. My only issue was that one of my turnovers wasn’t Apple. Sadly, anytime I go to Arby’s, no matter the state or county, I order 3 because one is always wrong. Other than that, the food was good. It was my first time trying the fish sandwich, and it was one of the better ones from a fast food place.
