This location served us a chicken sandwich that was completely raw inside. This was after waiting for them to finish opening 25 minutes late. We had driven through and taken the food home already, so in the last week I’ve tried to contact them on their website, over the phone, on Twitter, by Facebook message, by Facebook comment, and by tagging them in a Facebook post. All I’ve gotten is that it’s been “marked urgent” and “reported to head office.” No response after four days.

We ordered online. BIG MISTAKE. I walked in and waited for 10+ minutes for any service. The woman manager must have been too busy checking her cell phone nonstop and she walked between the drive-thru and the girl at the counter who couldn’t figure out the woman in lines coupon while the man in front of me was losing her patience as well. Finally when it was just about my the manager says they meant to call us but they don’t have everything we ordered. Maybe she could have found time when she was on her personal phone. The food we did get had been sitting in bags on the counter the whole time and everything was cold. Worst experience ever.

This is our local Arby’s within 10min of our home… It’s a hit or miss with this place. We went there this last Tuesday afternoon and for some reason the lobby was locked and closed during normal business hours.. Staff seemed new and didn’t really know how to enter anything into the computer and had to have us repeat things numerous times. Our food was warm-ish but not hot and definitely was not made for us. We could tell it all had been sitting for a while. They definitely double dipped my nuggets because the outsides were extremely hard and nothing like they usually are when made fresh and hot. Our fries were just warm. Kinda soggy like they get after sitting under the lamps for awhile. They also forgot to give us all our sauces. We ordered BBQ and honey mustard and only got the honey mustard… 5 of them for some reason when we only had one order of a 6 piece nugget. The roast beefs were fine. We had them add cheese sauce and you could tell that the meat was warm from the cheese and not warm because they were freshly made. If I hadn’t of just been released from the hospital after surgery this day I would have made my husband go back but I was too tired and didn’t want to deal with it anymore. For all the reasons stated above is why we like to go into this Arby’s so we can make sure our stuff is fresh but we obviously didn’t get to do that because the lobby was locked in the middle of the afternoon…Probably won’t return for a while. Most likely will be when I forget that our last visit wasn’t that great.

I would never leave a negative review for any any business unless absolutely necessary. I asked to speak to the manager who called me a liar when I said our order was missing a sandwich and no receipt in bag. I have no reason to lie! Very unprofessional! My daughter and I door dash here and pick up here weekly and we will never be back. And you weren’t even busy!

Says they close at 10pm. That USED to mean 10pm. Went through the drive thru at 9:52pm & they were already closed!? Perhaps they should change their hours to reflect the fact that they’ll close this location whenever they want. Very disappointed. I’ve worked in fast food service & back then, 10pm meant 10pm!

The fact the lobby isn’t open is insane. But judging by the length of time it takes to get through the drive through, it wouldn’t matter anyways. I’ve been in like for 10 minutes now and only moved up 3 spots. I’d of left by now but I ordered and paid online expecting to be able to walk in and pick up my order but nope, doors are locked.

Placed an online pickup order on Thursday 4/27 for 7pm. I placed the order around 6:40pm. It was around dinnertime so it was definitely a little busy and I expected to have to wait a few additional minutes for the rush. The drive thru was wrapped upon my arrival and I went inside to pick up my order. There were only two other customers inside the lobby and it was quite obvious the drive thru had been buckled for some time. Not sure if they were waiting on fries/chicken etc. It was apparent that the backline had to remake food a few times and the employees were cussing at eachother. I noticed that the male and female employee on the backline only had gloves on their right hands and their left hands were actively making contact with the food. I’m not sure if this is the proper glove policy or not, but watching the employees touch their hats/face and then touch food is disgusting and unsanitary. Between the employees cussing and the cross contamination of the food I can say that I’m glad I was not a mystery shopper (assuming arbys still does this). The manager on duty decided to lock the lobby doors at 7:05pm. Not sure what time the dining room is supposed to close. I assume this was to try and prioritize the drive thru. We waited for about 20 minutes past our assigned pickup of 7pm (which I wasn’t too upset about) and sadly after checking the bags there was an item missing from the bag after waiting all the additional time. I went up to the counter and mentioned so. The manager was really polite and asked the backline to make the beef n’ cheddar and the employee on the backline goes “I COULD HEAR HER.” Other employees language, aside from the vulgar language mentioned, were actively making fun of the people ordering, yelling at oneanother for incorrectly bagging food, and the comment that “arbys is terrible and idk why anyone eats this garbage” brought the visit from a already 1 star rating to 0 stars. Aside from the lack of teamwork and customer service, it is apparent that there is a staffing problem at this particular location. I reached out to arbys directly and they encouraged me to come to the store to address the concerns. I don’t believe that anything will encourage me to come back here, but I would ask that the store/district manager actively accesses this situation and identify areas that can be improved. Very poor experience all around. When I left the location there was a lady trying to come into the dining room. I informed her that the doors were locked and she proceeded to leave.

The line moved incredibly slow. Also my medium fry was only about half full. It also seems like the medium drink is smaller than it used to be. Seems like I paid too much for the amount of food I got.

Telling from the very recent other one star reviews this chain has either been really let go or improperly managed.

The doors are still locked in the middle of the afternoon in 2023. You are the only business in the area where you can’t enter, order, sit down and eat, grab your mobile pickup, order etc. Why is this?? Drive-thru wait is unacceptable, we’re talking 20-30 minutes during peak busy hours. Absolute insane amount of time to be waiting in a fast food drive thru.
