Amazing tasting food… bad drive thru experience / feeling. I asked for no ranch and extra buffalo sauce on the buffalo chicken wrap, and it said so on the receipt. Came with very little buffalo, and still had ranch. I came back, the drive thru employee said “wow, that’s crazy!” in a condescending tone, I still got it remade for free but through the window I hear her say “no ranch and extra sauce.. I hate when people lie”

Went through the drive thru. When I ordered I ask for a certain sauce and then at the end she repeated and asked again what sauce…and still ended up with the wrong sauce. but the Gyro is damn good❣️

Had at least 4 people working and somehow couldn’t manage to get 4 cars through the line in 20 minutes. 2 cars even drove off because they got tired of waiting. Unacceptable

I took my kids to Arby’s for dinner on Cleveland rd. In Wooster last night. By far, this was hands down, the best service and food I ever had from this location! And I let them know it too! I hope they keep doing what they are doing because it’s refreshing for food and service to be of good quality nowadays.
