I’ve been in almost everyday this week and many time over the past year always purchasing food and drink. Today I accidentally ordered at the wrong location on the app, I explained to the worker what had happened, he gave me the drink I had ordered at the wrong place, that was cool he didn’t have to. A little while later I’m asked to leave. If your manager had a problem with it I would have left and never started studying no biggie. I never cause a problem, never make a mess, never ask for anything, I just study. But whatever I’ll just go back to studying anywhere else, because no other place in town has a problem with someone sitting quietly in the corner studying.

Took my cat to the vet on Cleveland Ave. It was past 4:30 and I had not ate all day and decided to grab a sandwich at the Beall Ave location. There was one car in front of me and seemed it took longer than expected for them to place their order. I then get to the speaker and get told it will be a minute. Waited for longer than I should have to have someone come back on to take my order. (Shouldve taken this as a sign to leave!) I ordered just a Dr. Pepper and a dbl RB and Cheese sandwich. Turned the corner and the car ahead if me was still waiting on their food. So it was definitely moving slow. Got my food and ate on the way home. Unfortunately woke up 12 hours later with horrible stomach cramps and diarrhea….Im the only one in a family of 6 who ate something different and who is sick! So my only guess is my sandwich was contaminated. Thanks Arby’s on Beall. I’ll go to the Cleveland Rd location from now on!

Great food and service. I have never had a better Greek gyro for any other Arby’s that was as good as this Arby’s, they cook their food so great, I forgot I was at Arby’s, the employees were so professional and proud to serve their customers, I had taken my grandma there with me, and she also said that their food is the best food she has had from any Arby’s in over 60 years. And I definitely can 100% agree, I will be going here a lot now, good job owner . You are doing great. And your employees are outstanding too.

Literally terrible. I can’t eat my food at all I’m allergic to onions n I got the bun without I asked for cheese on my snadwhich and on the side and got neither. So i literally cant eat my food bc I’m allergic to onions also asked for medium fries and paid for literally everything and got small fries. Never ordering online again.

Let me start from the beginning. I stop in here over the summer in drive thur and the girl who took are my older was rude when she got the order wrong then wanted to pitch a fit. I go in drive thur because dining room was closed and same girl as before had the same attitude I was almost an&tt and touch someone. No people skills and was extremely rude . YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB FIND A NEW. Haveing a bad day don’t take it out on your customers makes the business look bad . Always seen the seem to be manger roll her eyes a few time a look at me when she did it . This store used to be nice to bad the employees has changed because it makes your restaurant look bad. Also be nice to make the parking lot a little better

My husband, son and I stopped Friday night for a late dinner after visiting a friend in hospice. They were getting ready to close the dining room and since it was late I figured we’d be rushed and the meal might not amount to much. Well, not only did they let us go ahead and eat our meal there but we had the best meal I’ve ever had at an Arby’s – It was excellent!! Everything was hot and fresh tasting and the people working were so nice! Thanks for the excellent food, service and hospitality!!
