Last time coming here. New management needed. They’re on the list of restaurants who are okay with giving out old food consistently. I should’ve known when I got my order in 2 seconds. Cold hard curly fries and roast beef not fresh. Not at all like Arbys used to be. Do better.

Update: Owner definitely spoke to team, the tables and dining area was very nice yesterday and there were lots of customers. I upgraded to 4 stars, it was good experience. Last Review 2 wks ago: Food was normal and, as expected, hot and fresh. Service was as expected. Nothing grabs me to want to eat there, tables are often dirty, but us older folk still love to eat out. Better experience on weekdays.

Usually really like this Arbys but line was long and slow. I figured they were short staffed. Placed my order in drive thru for a Pecan Chicken Sandwich and 4 pc mozz sticks. After long wait to get to the window, she did NOT get the sandwich order and gave my jalepeno poppers instead of mozz stick! Only charged for poppers (still thought they were mozz sticks at this point), and I wasn’t going to wait or go through that line again after discovering her mistake. SUPER disappointed!

There’s no sign indicating where to turn off the main road, to access the parking lot. The turn into the parking lot, that you have to drive across, to access this location, Is not lit up well, at all. If I was not using Google maps for directions, I would have completely missed where to turn. There should be a sign for people to find this location, after dark.
