This used to be a good location, then something happened and they’re never open in the morning. I am sitting here right now. Somebody came over the intercom and asked what I wanted and I’m no longer receiving a response from the person through the intercom. Go to a different location this has happened to me multiple times here.

Figured we would give this location another chance. And once again large parts of our meals are missing. We always have to run back and then what food they do remember gets cold. Arbys charges way too much to have these “mistakes” happen over and over.

I wish there was a half star we visited there today walk in and they had a blue tooth speaker blaring and could hardly hear the lady taking our order. Then we got our food and the dipping sauce that was supposed to be hot was cold and not mixed up. To top it off I looked up at the counter after we got our food and saw one of the workers sitting on the counter where they prepare food. Then when we left there was a worker preparing food without gloves. I will not go back.

I ordered through the app. They didn’t have the order ready, then they didn’t have the drink with it. Then I checked the bag and realized they also didn’t have the apple turnover I ordered either. Then when I told them, they just said sorry, we are out of them. I understand places run out of stuff, but when I asked for them to refund it because I already paid for it, they again just said sorry, we can’t refund it because you ordered online. That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. So now I guess I have to waste a bunch of my time trying to find out who handles the online payments and get in contact with them to refund my purchase. It would have been much simpler for them to just refund it right then or offer me some other desert in exchange, but no, I was just told sorry, we don’t know what to tell you! I would not suggest ordering from this Arby’s or if you do, make sure to not pay in advance so that way you can make sure they have everything you want before you pay them. So either pay at the store or go to a different store where the employees will simply resolve any issues if any should happen!!

This was my last chance. These guys are horrible!! Usually they don’t include napkins, or any sauces, or drinks I order. This time I got plenty of sauces, but didn’t get my large curly fry, drink, or turnover. I’m done with this place. They’re useless!!!! Don’t bother. Never again. Waste of space in our community that another restaurant could use that would actually care. Please just quit!

My wife and I frequent this Arby’s but lately their service has been awful. We ordered two meals and 2 large fries . They come to the window with a kids sized drink. When we told them that should of been medium, they apologized and said they ran out, then proceeded to come back with the correct sized drink? But we get home only to realize our large fries aren’t even filled half way up.
