The food is good but this location is very slow with getting your food out to you and taking your order. It took them about 12 minutes to take my order and I only ordered 4 meals. And then it took them about 25 minutes to give me our food. I probably will not be coming back to this location

A pleasant little restaurant that’s been here for a really long time. When I was a kid the sign was a giant neon cowboy hat. This trip was a breeze. I was in and out, my food was delicious, the order accurate, and the assistant manager was professional and friendly. I will definitely return here again. I went inside to order but left with my meal, my old Jeep is just too loud for the drive thru.

Staff for lunch time drive thru killed it. Mad respect compaired to the other fast food places ive been to lately. Had a two order car, no big deal for them. They got both orders right- read things back to confirm and everything was great. Will come back if im in the area!

I arrived at 9:30 on a Friday night feeling bad because I had a large order and they closed at ten. The gentleman that rang me up and then brought my order was so kind . He used manners, he made me laugh. When he brought my order out he said I remembered the sauces I not an amateur. He did indeed remember the sauces. All of our food was made to order ( two sandwiches without tarter) . Food was fresh . It really makes a difference who you have serving your customers

I got a cherry turnover except when i was ordering they said they might not have cherry, asked if apple was okay. I said it was fine. Then they asked if there were any cherry turnovers in the back because they weren’t readily available in the heater. I think they said they had some. Then after i ordered and was waiting they asked what type i got and i said cherry, they said they don’t have any and if apple was okay. I said yes that’s fine. Then when i went to go eat i realized i got cherry which i originally wanted lol! I just thought it was funny they kept going back and forth between cherry and apple when i really didn’t care which one i got. It was nice of them to ask if apple was okay before just giving me the wrong one. But i ended up getting cherry anyways! Good turnover. Also had spicy chicken sandwich, it was extremely spicy couldn’t hardly eat it, but it was advertised as spiciest chicken sandwich!

I just went through Abrys Drive Thru on Glenway Ave in Cincinnati and the employee who was the window cashier his name is Bradien. He was amazing he was multi tasking and being cool and got our order right also communicating with us and taking others orders. Then gave us our food and said another joke it was the best experience that we have ever had at any FAST FOOD CHAIN. I recommend whoever wants their food right and fast go to arbys on glendway. THANK YOU SO MUCH BRADIEN FOR GIVING US THE BEST FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE.
