I love Arbys, I HATE this location. The food here consistently is horrendously bad, the buns are partially stale, the roast beef you can tell has been sitting out and is old and rubbery. Fries are always cold. It’s sad because this location is brand new and the food they are putting out is horrendous. The guys manning the drive-thru window are always awesome but whoever makes the food need retraining BAD.

New location, super friendly staff, girl behind the counter was friendly and greeted with a smile, the Smokehouse Brisket was delicious and the beed n cheddar good as always. Curly fries fresh and hot!! Will be back a couple more times before my Ohio trip is over!

Appeared slow enough, though still a long wait for food. Plenty of staff, though no one seemed to be paying much attention. No straws, only had to ask three times to get one. Given the wrong fries, I honestly just didn’t care enough to say anything since it was already quite obvious they wouldn’t care. Sandwich was assembled sloppily and poorly, let alone being hardly warm. Ketchup seemed watered down and tasted odd. Dirty tables, floors and bathrooms. Won’t be back, though I’m sure they don’t care. Don’t waste your time or money.

Ordered door dash from this location. We never receive sauces no matter how many we add to our order and this was one of the many times we didn’t receive an entire sandwich. Placed a redelivery and called to ask them to make sure the missing sandwich and sauces were with other and was not only hung up on once before talking to someone but the person who finally did answer blamed everybody else and hung up on me. Apparently asking someone nicely to double check an order before they have someone pick it up was just too much.

I get that staffing can be short. But to sit in a line at the drive thru for 45mins trapped because you can’t get out and stuck to wait. The young man was nice. And felt super bad for him working at the drive thru and lobby. The DM’s need to help out, put a uniform and work.

I’m not sure when this Arby’s opened, but it’s obviously new. Everything inside and out is spotless and tidy. The crew is well trained and polite, and the service is fast. I’m not much of a beef eater but I tried their wagyu burger and it was moist and tasty.
