Sauce dispenser clogged; shot a foot long stream of sauce all over my fresh clothes. If I was the manager, I would offer my customer an apology, a refund and a gift card to return. Staff is more interested in each other than the customers. Nuggets are trash. Roast Beef just isn’t the same and I dislike the new style. Mots sticks are fine. Shake is fantastic. Restaurant was clean and a/c working great.

The gentleman taking drive through orders was terrific, but the food was awful. Got 3 dinners, fish and Curly fries. So overcooked and sloppy couldn’t eat the fish or fries. The fish was supposedly just cooked fresh when we ordered but so hard couldn’t bite through it at the edges. Won’t ever go back.

If I could give a 0 I would. Never been to this location will never come back. First, waited 20 mins was told to pull around the building to wait in other side. Went in to see why so long female manager said name was Danielle not sure if this right no name tag, became rude and defensive. I looked in the bag to see fries, poppers, turnovers sandwiches just thrown all together loose in the bag cold and had put 5 orders of poppers that was not what I ordered. Manager refused to refund me. I keep repeating the order was wrong she kept pointing to the screen see it’s right here, still was not what I ordered it must have been put in wrong. Couldn’t get her to understand this Cook from behind counter came around to I’m guessing cause trouble manager had to push him back guess he was going to harm me? I’m 5’4 female, really. Left the food on the counter called corporate number to get my refund they couldn’t believe the treatment I received. I will only eat at the miamisburg arbys from now on. If the owner sees this go watch the tape from inside the store at around 250 pm on 2/11 you can see and hear for yourself. Side note other cook was just outside smoking and spitting wiped his mouth then he went in and began preparing my and others food without washing and no gloves this place is the worst I’ve ever been.

If your definition of fast food is waiting 10-20 minutes when the drive thru is empty, this is your place. I’ve never been through here in less than 5 minutes. I’ve actually left, gone through the Wendy’s across the street and seen people that were ahead of me at the Arby’s still in line. The employees are nice, but the speed is glacial.

Stopped for dinner with three people. Ordered regular combos which was all good and fresh. Prices are off the charts total for 3 people was $40. Sorry but could get a steak for the same price. What a shame that fast food prices have gotten so out of control.

Employee gave me two Arby sauce packets I asked if I could get a few more and he told me he would have to charge me a dollar. I said OK whatever. So now workers are charging for Sauce and just pocketing the money. That’s not cool.. Yeah he charged me a dollar for two packets but in reality those packets are free and should come with my meal. If you give me two and I asked for two more what’s the problem.

We just came from there. The wait was a little long because the gentlemen taking orders made us aware there were only two people working in the store. He was kind and polite. Our sandwiches and fries were fresh and not a mess. Whatever they are paying those two is not enough. Great job with a huge line of customers in the drive thru.

I know Arby’s is Arby’s right. U always go for the classic menu. But today I stopped at this location and I couldn’t not come here to leave a review. This Arby’s had a young man working the drive thru that was just so phenomenal. I’ve never had such good service from this or any fast food establishment. He was so polite and took the time to make his customers feel warm and welcome. Even if ur order had been messed up (which mine wasnt) u wouldn’t have been upset. Left no question about my meal unanswered and gave an old fashion feel to service w a smile. I hope this young man’s service rubs off on the other workers. There manager was Krusty but this gentleman really was the glowing example of great customer service. 5 stars to this young man. It was at 645 pm on October 3rd, 2022 that I visited
