Here is the “HUGE” fish sandwich arbys keeps advertising. Very disappointed. Barely any sauce or lettuce. Also, the sauce that was on it tasted sour or old.

The food quality has declined quite a bit here. I assume this applies to most Arby’s. Jamocha shakes with less kick, roast beef lacks much flavor without Arby’s sauce, while still charging $10-15 per person.

The employees were great. The food was great. I have a condition where I can’t have ice in my drinks or can only have very little because cold things put my mouth in large amounts of pain. I got denied light ice and no ice in my strawberry lemonade today. According to an employee they can get fired for putting light ice in the lemonade. I’ve never once had an issue getting light ice or no ice. I usually don’t care about most things but this is something that puts me in pain and shouldn’t have been an issue.
