Just went through…Got two lg meals and got lg drinks but med fry and lg fry and the fries were in tiny pieces like the bottom of a bag a crispy crispy like warmed to many times. Sandwich is cold as well. Ugh 🙁 Arby’s is expensive you should at least get good fresh food.

Okay a month or so back I got a rare burger from here but today I got the hush puppy breaded fish and fry box and let me tell you it more than made up for it hands down so if you like fish or it’s Friday or a holiday that requires fish the hush puppy breaded fish served here is to die for ask for Meaghan if she is working.

My daughter went thru the drive thru today and ordered the garlic rib eye sandwich and curly fries for me. She got a turkey rap and curly fries for herself, no drinks. The bill was over $22.00. Are you kidding me? The rib eye sandwich was very small, had no onion straws that I could see. No more Arby’s for me! For $30.00 we could have had a real meal at Texas Roadhouse.

Sandwich cold, ask for crinkle fries, got curly. Could not eat the fries, cold and horrible tasting. All broke up. Ask for two different sauces, only received one. NOT GOOD!

We come here often. Usually decent. Not tonight. Front girl was too busy leaning on her arms, playing on her phone to get orders right. Missed half of my order. Didn’t respond to me when I told her after giving me receipt. Had to go back in line. My family was done before I ever got mine. Forgot cheese on the beef n cheddar. Girl working the bag area was hustling hard trying to keep orders right

My visit to the Arby’s was so good, I regret not ringing the bell when I left. First, the staff was pleasant and courteous. The woman asked my name for the order and used it a couple times throughout my interaction with her. The kitchen was quick and efficient, my chicken tenders were hot and fresh. The location was very clean and tidy, very well kept. My only suggestion is that the restaurant update their fixtures and furnitures. Things are a little outdated. Otherwise it was a great visit and I would recommend to anyone traveling through Piqua.
