So they were busy, for sure, I waited a bit longer then Usually for a sandwich, but that’s nothing compared to how well the manager “ Amanda” ran her crew and shift. She was on point on everything and even praised her employees before , during and after the little rush. She manages well, I will return for sure. Watching the team work was well worth the five minute wait, they had a cashier too that was new on the register but not to the back, she did well to, a bit nervous , I felt for her! She did awesome too, I’m not gonna lie, the Arby’s is very clean but I’ve never went into an Arby’s that wasn’t so.. good job y’all!!!

I don’t regularly visit any other Arby’s aside from the Sidney location so can’t compare there. Conveniently located right off i75 across from Speedway with plenty of parking! No issues this visit and have always addressed any in the past! Staff always friendly during our visits and are always happy to accept my coupons 🙂

It was horrible the cashier couldn’t count there was four of us that went and she gave all of us the wrong change bck I would hate to have seen how short her drawer was at the end of the day. I get that their super short handed but it took us our whole 1hour lunch to get our food my daughter shake was like a glass of milk will not go bck their again

The music was horrible that they chose to play. I could really do without obscene lyrics. I think thatbis very distasteful for a family place. I tried the burger for the first time. It wasn’t cooked throughout. Just barely browned on the outside. I usually don’t mind medium rare meat but this was raw. I didn’t want to complain and seem like “that guy.”.. thought about returning it but , I was afraid the redo – getting spat in.. or something! so I ate my poppers threw away the burger and probably never order the burger again.

Me and ny mom both God the waygu burgers are hers were still pink a bit. Mine were all pink and cold we asked for them to redo them and they were both cooked the second time. Could’ve been a honest mistake.

Terrible experience. Cold food, didn’t have the new advertised sandwich that I wanted, a 25 minute wait in drive through line, and no apology for any of it. Doors for lobby were locked at 6pm already. I even submitted feedback on their website and got no response. $13 for a cold sandwich and mac&cheese. Disappointing… not sure if I’ll be back to any Arby’s, but definitely not this one!
