Before I ordered, an AI voice was asking if I wanted to donate a dollar….at fast food restaurant. Uhh, no, I’m broke like the rest of us who didn’t get raises but yet I’m asked for a handout from a multi billion dollar corporation. Then, I sat at order screen for 5 minutes after saying No….I just drove next door to Wendy’s, which was a flawless experience. It was 1130am, not lunch rush, therefore, this was totally unacceptable. I’m not stopping at the Tipp Arbys again after that.

Not a great experience. LONG wait from ordering to when I actually exited the drive thru. I was overcharged and it took several minutes going back and forth with some type of manager to get a refund on the extra (very expensive) beverage they charged me for. The beef on my French dip was also VERY overcooked. The curly fries weren’t fresh. I love Arby’s and this store just disappointed. Overall, I wouldn’t stop at this location again.

I waited way too long for my order. There was no one there. The food tasted really old the French dip sandwich dip was a gel You couldn’t even dip your sandwich in it. As far as the people that worked there they were nice enough. The food was just awful.

Great job! The drive thru was busy, but they still got everyone through quickly. Service was with a smile and polite. Food was good, which has become a regular thing recently. Not too long ago it was hit or miss. Keep it up!

A few weeks ago my family went through drive through and when we were 15 minutes down the road we realized we were missing a classic roast beef sandwich. The food we did get was cold and fries were way over cooked.
