So for my lunch break, I got a couple of the Buffalo chicken sliders and a medium coke. Sliders had more sauce on them then they had meat. And the coke was all ice covered with enough coke to make it look full. 2-3 swallow of coke and I was sucking on air. For $7.18 one would hope to have more than 2 swallow of a drink and 2 rolls covered in sauce with a chicken nugget on it. Strongly suggest drink NO ICE!!!! OR just go Elsewhere…….

Went inside to eat. The guy that took our order never said one word to us during the entire transaction. No smile, no nod, nothing. His buddies were there eating subway. Floors were so sticky, it was difficult to walk. Although we were the only customers there besides a father & son, it still took quite a bit to get our food. The roast beef was so thin and it was cut so thin it was mushed. While we ate, several buddies came in and walked behind the counter scratching their head like they had lice. I won’t go to this Arby’s again. Nasty. Arby’s should be ashamed for putting their name on it. No wonder it wasn’t busy.

Ordered regular roast beef, fries, drink. Everything was fresh and hot. Inside was clean. Customer service was fair. The manager was busy and very relied upon. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience.

Absolutely disgusting in the dining room, food took 15 minutes to get because there was a guy sitting on his computer instead of helping with large amount of customers who just entered, and the sandwiches sat in the warmer the entire 15 minutes it took to drop and fry a basket of fries. And, be prepared to be stuck to the floor the chairs and the tables…because thats how filthy it is. Lesson learned.

This Arby’s should be closed down in Vandalia Ohio on 228 East National road. No one was in the facility and it was filthy, tables were all sticky, ketchup dispensers were all empty, management seen us standing there and totally ignored us. Arby’s should be ashamed of this place. Took forever to order and no one was eating inside. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

My son and I just got off the highway from a long drive. We wanted Arby’s for dinner, we walked in and there was someone talking loudly in the back about a situation, we stood there for 15 minutes, my son and I talked about our order we said excuse me and no one came out. We left disappointed

The food was good and fresh. Fast service, friendly staff and it’s normally a clean restaurant all in all. I like this Arby’s location is one of my favorites and I almost always get a sandwich here when I’m in the area. Keep up the nice work!

Went here today to get an orange cream shake before work and I asked the lady running the register if the shake machine was working unlike last time I went here. She stormed off without giving me an answer and after about 15 minutes I just left because my time was being wasted.
