This place is a very lousy example of a fast food restaurant. I went on 08/26/23 and was stuck in the drive through for 15 minutes before being asked to pull forward. They claimed they had to make fresh food which generally I wouldn’t complain about. I was never advised they needed time to make the food when ordering or when I pulled up to the window. It was after they had already collected my money so I proceeded to pull forward and wait another 15 minutes. After a 30 minute wait I went inside to see what the hold up was. Their employee said that it took 6 minutes per piece of chicken to fry meaning that it would take 18 minutes for 3 pieces there is absolutely no way they fry them one at a time it wouldn’t be cost effective to even sell it at that point. They then advised my food would be done in another 5 to 6 minutes because now we’re waiting on fresh French fries, at that point I asked to have my money back so I could feed my family elsewhere. Here we are now 08/28/23 still waiting on my refund for services never rendered even though they still took my money from my bank. I will not be returning to visit this Arby’s location again and will advise everyone I know to stay away from here as well

Always runs out of beef. Two weeks ago I show up to pick up an order. First they tell me they’re out of beef then said they were closed. Very poorly run. Unclean. The health department needs to be contacted. This store will soon be closed by the way its run. Lazy and very rude employees I might add. I never do reviews especially complaints. That’s how bad my experience was. Never be back.

They said to order in the drive thru, I sat there and ordered and then got ghosted. So I drove to the window and there was literally nobody inside. This was at 10:30 on a Saturday. They’re literally open, but every worker was ignoring me. Or the store was actually empty for some reason. Just ran horribly.

We ordered our food an went to window and paid. After paying they tell me an wife it is 10 minutes for fresh chicken. We got chicken sandwiches. I was mad because they didn’t tell us first. I kept my cool and didn’t say anything and food came out in 5 minutes not 10. This whole time keep in mind manager is being very nice to us. He could see hostility. When he brought food he said thanks for being patient and we left. As I was driving off we looked in bag an there was 2 free pies in bag. I just wanted to say thank you Arby’s. Little things like that keep people coming back. You got a life customer for that gift of kindness. Thank you DeMoss Family

This Arby’s is the slowest in the area .They make you wait forever just to take your order at the speaker ,then they make you wait even more at the window because they want to take Thier sweet time putting everything in the bag. Then they had u the bag and ask u to check it ! That’s your job to check to make sure you all have my whole order not mine . These people need to stop playing on Thier phones and do Thier job.

Employees didnt know what they were doing, we gave a coupon and we had to go through 3 people in order to just get our order taken, the price still was not right, the manager didnt even seem like she knew what she was doing, poor service, still was not correct.
