We went through the drive thru about 6 pm tonight. The gentleman in the drive thru (the only one working) was excellent! I ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap. This was THE messiest mess of a wrap I’ve ever had. 12 napkins later, I got through half of it and had to throw the rest away. That being said, their Buffalo chicken tasted great. Fries were hot and fresh, but the service was perfect. He was working his a$$ off and was friendly and upbeat through it all, waiting on others as well.

No way in hell is a reg. Roast beef worth the asking price. Arby’s is overpriced. Only person inside and still takes 5 minutes to get food. Never again. And I thought Lebanon Arby’s sucked, but this one is worse.

Order was not right. I got a green shake. I ordered a mocha. We ordered the 2 for 6. 1 fish 1 classic roast beef, mack n’ cheese and a soda. Soon as I pulled my roast beef from the bag I knew something was wrong. It was very light. My wife’s fish was so old that it was dry and chewy. But the mack ‘ cheese was good. My daughter destroyed it. We tried to eat our sandwiches. Because normally Arby’s is awesome. But this was our first time at this location. We went back through the drive through. Told the employee what was wrong. The quickly made us a new order. No argument. So in the end we got great sandwiches.

These are my asue sauces for my French dip sandwiches I put the pen in to give reference it’s basically water and they weren’t busy the lady actually told me that she was the only mgr of that specific store and her boss the (GM I suppose ) said they could shut down at 9pm every night which they do religiously whether the drive through has a line or not . Friday I came through at a quarter till 9 and the young girl on the headset abruptly stated that there would be a hour wait on roast beef a fast food chain devoted to but not limited to but in the end where’s the beef? So to end I went up there and they were more than happy to take the time to answer the drive through intercom because it dings in their ear and was told “hi welcome to arbys I do apologize but were closed “ and I replied “that’s fine but can I give you this brown water back and have the asue sauce I paid for ?” The reply from the mgr “ yeah it was probably the end of a pot , was is a little light ? I said “ light you can see the bottoms of both cups I come here every night I know what it’s supposed to be and how it’s made and what you most likely did . You had 1 left from whoever did the prep earlier today and instead of reaching 1.5 feet under your waist you made 2 cups from 1 small a hopefully I wouldn’t notice. If you’re that lazy with such a simple task how are we to know you do the essential things like washing your hands before you touch food or changing gloves so you don’t cross contaminate everything in the store ♂️

I was the only person at the restaurant (drive thru). My fries were old and cold. My sandwich was decent. I ordered cheese sauce and they barely put any cheese in the container.

The food was great but my order was missing an item and when I pulled around to go in, the door was locked. The sign and website says they’re open until 10pm and it was only 6:30pm. My husband enjoyed his roast beef sandwich and the curly fries were amazing but my French dip tasted a little stale. Not a deal breaker will return eventually.
