There were employees mopping the floor and cleaning while customers were parked outside waiting for their orders. We were the only ones inside and our food was cold. The young man that took our order had been cleaning the eating area when we came in and instead of just telling him he had a ring up the woman yelled at him to get over there. He was very sweet. That manager doesn’t know how to put people where they need to be to make the orders go through quicker and satify the customers with food that is the right temperature. And yelling at staff…. That is an absolute NO NO, especially in front of the customer.

We came to the drive through 30 minuets before closing. We ordered a lot of food but we were very patient considering it was almost closing time. When we got to the window, the female worker (an older lady) was very rude. The name on the receipt said Becky G, we were trying to tell her we wanted Arby sauce, but she shut the window when we were trying to tell her. She saw us wave at her to come back and she Ignored us. But the food was good overall, very fast for the amount of food we bought.

I was with my girlfriend and my little brother (from Tennessee)and his wife. First they wouldn’t make a sandwich that we wanted. Then said it would be 6 minutes on two sandwiches and 7 minutes on a piece of pie. We waited about 25-30 minutes on our food. And they still didn’t have one of the sandwiches. Said that they handed it out of the drive thru window. We waited another 15 minutes to get that. While we were sitting eating and talking,the employees turned out all of the lights on us. If it was closing time, I would appreciate it if someone would just come over and inform us. That was really rude of them. As everyone knows the food cost has went way up in the first place. So I think a business would appreciate the customers and try to keep them happy so that they will come back again. This experience was very bad for me and my family. I hate to give out a negative review, but honesty is a key trait for reviewing places.

Third time was NOT the charm. Third attempt to eat at this Arby’s location resulted in half the order missing and when trying to call and let the Manager know the situation while on the way to the hospital with my pregnant wife they simply would answer the phone and hang up immediately. Extremely unprofessional and rude. This location will NEVER see my family visit it again.
