The food was cold. The roast beef was soft almost like chewing on fat. I used to work at an Arby’s, the food was never like that. Cold fries, cold chicken nuggets, and cold soft roast beef… The entire experient made me not go back to this location again. Don’t feel bad though… Every fast food location in this particular town is bad.

This is easily the worst fast food joint in all of scioto county, that’s saying something right next to the Taco Bell. This restaurant continuously gives you bad food and never cares about anyone’s problems but there own bad attitudes.

I go for lunch. Last time I went the guy at the fry station was wearing gloves but he still stuck his finger in his nose and wiping it like it was running (while handling food with the same gloves). Also there is a guy that will spray cleaner all around you while you eat inside. Very bad experience will not be going back.

Waited I line for 30 minutes for a shake. Still the slowest “fast food” restaurant in the business. Food is rarely correct to order. And after 30 minutes of waiting for Shake they still had to have me pull up and sit to the side as I watched the man in front of me wait for his food in line the whole time.

The cashier was very rude! When she took my food out to me cause I was pulled she threw it at me and got all over my car! If I was the manager I would have fired her on the spot! Will not be going back!! Customer service is key! If that was me throwing my food at my customers I would have gotten in big trouble! Let’s also mention that one of the workers was not wearing proper atire and wearing a tank top that showed skin! And cashiers was on their phones at the window! Very poor service!
