Great! The employee who waited on us was super! Friendly, funny, read our order back to make sure he had it right. Not many people inside, but, the drive thru was busy. Good tasted good as usual. Jamocha shake was delicious. We will go back.

Just went through the drive thru at 10:50 pm. Ten minutes before closing. I have to say, the manager on shift is the best! Not only does he have an excellent attitude, he’s polite and goes above and beyond for his customers. I will continue to dine at the Celina, Ohio Arby’s because of this man.

Gone down hill. Found plastic in my food. Before you can check your bag they are slamming the window shut and walking away. Customer service in the worse. I really miss the old workers. I avoid this place and just go to Van Wert!

I was very disappointed with service today. I went through the drive thru and ordered a roast beef deluxe and when I got home I found out that is not what was in my bag. It was a roast beef double with nothing but meat. Not what I was expecting to find.
