Call it what you want. But the food is always subpar. I ordered my food and was told. We will call you when it’s ready. Now I am with my Grandson. So I have a decent order size 2 trays. Wouldn’t be so bad, but I am in a wheelchair. They didn’t even offer to assist carrying items over. No problem, guess I will make 2 trips while balancing the trays on my lap.

Absolutely worst Arby’s ever. Always forgets sauces & cheese sauce. Not to mention they forgot Arby’s sauce and cheese sauce on a freaking BEEF NAD CHEDDAR!!! incompetent is an understatement, not to mention they don’t even have an active phone number that you can call and complain.

Amazingly there was nobody in the drive-thru line. I was able to pull up, place my special order and pay for it and get my lunch without having a long wait. My order was prepared properly!

I am so impressed by the improvements that Arby’s has made. Even with being short staffed like all of us the speed and efficiency has improved so much. I used to prefer McDonald’s due to speed but the last few times I have been thru Arby’s, you guys have rocked it out. I’m overall extremely happy with Arby’s but only improvements I could suggest is to make sure sauces are in the bag, that is it. Great job Arby’s

This is my favorite go to for a quick meal. They have always gotten my order right, always fresh and hot. Last night( 9/18/22) I got there around 8:30ish and ordered a 3 chicken strip meal, with crinkle fries and a sprite. Since I don’t eat in the car I found this at home….3 chicken strips, a curley fry with a few crinkle fries squished in here and there, and a mountain dew. So much for not staying awake all night! This was very upsetting as iv ALWAYS had a good experience here. Usually the same folks on the night crew…c’mon! Yall can do SO much better than that!
