Stood at the counter for several minutes waiting to order. 3 to 4 people were standing right there. None of them acknowledged I was there. Tired of waiting so I walked out. Went thru the drive thru and mentioned the lack of courtesy to the window employee. He said they’ve been busy today, even though I was the only person in line at the counter and the employees were joking around and laughing and a few were just standing around. He said someone was about to help me when I walked out, I assume he meant when he was done on his phone, ( texting or Facebook or whatever ) while he was standing 3 feet away from me. ??? They need to put phones away and do their jobs and acknowledge your customers. Unacceptable service. Very frustrating

I don’t come in often because every experience has never been great, it’s been at least 4 months since my last visit and yet again I’m left disappointed. I was told they didn’t have the cheese for the smoked brisket sandwich asked if Swiss or the cheddar sauce would be OK (at the window paying) I asked for the cheese sauce instead….no cheese at all and my poppers are still frozen in the middle…you all should just be ashamed. Won’t ever even try again!

Did the Buffalo chicken wrap and Reubens. The wrap was messy to eat and spicy but still good. It was too messy and came apart so I probably wouldn’t order it again but it was tasty. My husband said the rueben was good.

Ordered a Greek gyro. The bread was mangled and fell apart when I unwrapped the gyro. Asked for extra sauce. Did not get it. Fries were very overdone. The rib eye sandwich was good. Turkey sandwich looks good.
