I ordered Fish and CRINKLE FRIES AND RECEIVED curly fries. When I called I was told sorry but it said curly fries. Offered nothing for my trouble. We just threw out the curly fries.

Absolute BS. I ordered via the app. Upon arrival I was told part of my order was out and they were not going to fulfill any of the order. I had already paid online but was told to call for a refund. I called and went through the refund process but have yet to be refunded.
