Usually have a good experience here. Tonight not so much. Ordered 4 meals, the mellow yellow was all carbonation and no flavor. My husband’s sandwich the paper was melted to the cheese. Also within hours of eating the meal I am not feeling well and have been sick. This never happens from here. I hope it never happens again.

Quick service, good food just that the place is not known for vegetarians. I don’t blame them, their tagline is we have the meats. But if you’re open to trying their chicken sandwich, it’s good. Of course the place is famous for their curly fries which I found okay. Probably the best thing is their quickest service. Plus, the place is clean and organized. I asked if they don’t have any soy based or beyond patty concept so not worth considering if you’re only into vegetarian options.

Missing part of order. This is frustrating. Trying to enjoy a takeout with family with a missing side and sauce. Tried calling to inform them and perhaps it can be ready for a quick pick up and no one answered the phone. $4 down the drain and no customer service. I don’t want to have to go back to order, pickup, and have cold food from my original pickup when I return.

First there was a girl named Jasmine: awesome employee. It was going to be a 10 minute wait for roast beef, we decided to get chicken instead so we could get and go. We were told to pull up to the doors they would bring our order out. 15 minutes later, Jasmine came out, and ask if we had got our order yet? Yeah, we just like setting in the drive thru !! She took the receipt and went and got our order. It was wrong. Oh let’s just say after about 30 minutes I walked away with roast beef sandwhichs.

I always get the yummy Jalapeño poppers. In this occasion I had an excellent customer experience. The female helping cooked the poppers fresh then brought then to my vehicle. While this is normal at times I really appreciated her professionalism and welcoming energy. If they give their associates accolades this last should get recognition. Good customer service is hard to find now.

I didnt eat inside, I cant really comment on the atmosphere. I wasn’t expecting a fine dining experience. Food was hot and tasty. Roast beef, gyro ( pronounced year-oh, not gie-ro ). Also had the crinkle-cut fries…all good! Thanks, I will be back.
