There was 1 other car in the drive thru with us during dinner time. The food was warm at best. They weren’t able to serve an Arby’s Super and stated they don’t serve that any longer. It’s a roast beef with lettuce, tomato, and red sauce. So I’m guessing they didn’t know what it was and told me a line. We asked for light ice, and we had at least ⅔ of our beverage ice. That means we had about 5 drinks of beverage. The price we paid for our dinner was not a reflection of what we received.

Enjoyed the New Beef N Cheddar Bacon sandwich. This is a ‘ limited time offer ‘. I had the meal deal. The employees were friendly and very helpful. They have several different sandwich meals. The place was clean and orderly. I will be coming back.

100% I hate this store. I’ve ordered door dash from here that never showed up because the arbys didn’t answer the driver. I’ve gotten so many messed up orders but tonight I pull up at 11pm, they close at midnight, no one in line and they wouldn’t answer the monitor, when I drove past there employees still inside. Note, this type of complaint is in the reviews quite a bit. I would definitely go to a different location or be a patron anywhere else.

The new dishes they have are HORRIBLE, staff sooooo unfriendly, that alone is enough reason to NOT patronize this place. I don’t know why Arby’s think they have to have signature items on their menu to compete, but these hamburgers were NOT a wise ideal to draw in customer. Stick with the roast beef sandwiches

This location constantly has issues. Oftentimes they close hours before they’re supposed to be closing. Also, I haven’t felt welcomed by an employee yet. You’re making my food, it’s only right you give me a sense of trust. But it’s okay, I just won’t be returning to this location.

Google Maps denotes no dine in however the dining room was open.The cashier, David, was very courteous & respectful. The women’s restroom was clean but no soap. I ordered the turkey Swiss meal. It wasn’t bad. The shake machine was broken so I couldn’t get what I came here for – The Orange Cream shake. Guess I’ll be back later. ☺

Couldn’t even order from them, sat in the drive through for a good ten minutes and gave up. Went up to the window and the woman was right there, ignoring any new customers, told us they’re in the middle of a shift change at 3:44 pm and shut her window. She could’ve at least said something.
