I’ve only ate here once and it was subpar and expensive. Typical arbys meal. However, I do Uber eats sometimes and the smell in this restaurant is ridiculous. It smells like they have had the same box of fish filets for 6 months. It was so hard to stand inside waiting on the food cause the stench was pungent. I don’t know how people are in there working at all

Pulled up at 11pm on a Monday night and the restaurant was completely dark. What’s going on guys? Whoever is running the Arby’s stores in the southern Indianapolis area must be doing a poor job of attracting employees. I stopped at the Flying J Arby’s up the road and had the same issue. If you can’t staff your stores maybe you should pay your employees more, or update your website to reflect your new operating hours.

Always closed or out of food?? This location has to be one of the worst in the city.. rude employees.. guy in drive thru acts like it’s a bother to deal with customers. Likes to tell ppl systems are down or they are out of food . How can that be possible.. if your a restaurant that is open everyday u should have enuff food for each shift . Management needs to wake up and see that the employees here are ruining business.

I walked in to order because the drive thru was too long. As soon as I walked in, I was hit with a smell that I can’t even describe. It’s awful. The cashier seemed like she would have rather been anywhere else but here. Didn’t smile, say thank or anything of the sort. But if I had to endure whatever smell was happening, I’d be mad too. Won’t be back inside, that’s for sure.
