My food was good but not really hot. There was only 1 car in front of us and it took awhile to get our meal. I decided to go inside to ask how much longer it was going to be when the food was brought out. I understand it’s a newer store but it took wayyyy too long to get our meals with only 1 car in front of us and then for the food go be more warm than hot, Instead of hot cuz it was just made. Our order was only 2- sandwiches and nothing more.

I gave this Arby’s 4 chances and every time the order was incorrect. The drive through doesn’t include all ordered items, so I had to go back in. Due to this, I ordered in the restaurant, to go. The meal was made incorrectly, was originally made for the dining room even though I specified to go, and the order was missing an item. This restaurant could use a lot more attention to detail.

I’ve literally eaten at every Arby’s in the region and the St John location is above and beyond the best. I‘ve probably encountered all of the employees there by now and everyone cares about what they’re doing. And every time I order, regardless of what I order, the portions are actually appropriate and not just thrown together. I thought it was just a fluke the first time I came through but it was consistent every time after.

Ordered 5 sandwiches with extra horseradish and Arby’s sauce. Got home and had only one pkg of each for 5 sandwiches. Called the store to complain, asked for the manager and the woman who answered the phone identified herself as the manager, but she was sarcastic and denied responsibility, and said it was the way it was ordered. It absolutely was not ordered that way.

A little tricky to get to but worth it. The people that work here are super nice. One time I had an issue with something not being hot enough and they immediately made a new one and brought it out to the table. The dining area is always clean and bright. My kids have really like the Christmas decorations and tree they’ve had up for the last few weeks.
