This place is absolutely disgusting food on the floor wiped on the walls and seats treys not put up tables are dirty bathrooms smelled like uren all the ay out into the eating area poor service and the place looks run down bad all around bad service and cleanliness and absolute zero but I can only give it one star by looking at it this place hasn’t been cleaned in months and there is literally food everywhere wipe all over everything the building seems to be in disrepair several areas of water damage throughout the building also the visual aspect is terrible it looks like somebody had just given up on this business and was just keeping the money everything is worn out patched and repaired I would not even give it a star if I could have

Stopped at Arby’s for dinner. We were told it would be a 10 minute wait for our food. We said that’s fine and started to order turkey sandwiches. The guy said they had just dropped chicken and mozzarella sticks in the fryer. We said that’s fine and tried to order food that has no fried parts. The guy rudely cut us off saying, “Dude it’s gonna be 10 minutes”. He wouldn’t let us order at all. It was the worst service and didn’t make any sense.

Don’t go through the drive through unless you have at least 20, maybe it was 30 minutes. We waited and waited at the window and finally got our food. Glad I looked, they forgot the chicken strips. They said they started the chicken strips and asked us to pull around for a 2 minute wait. 5 minutes later…. Worst service from a fast food location ever!!

Sign says they close at 10pm. It is 9:14pm. I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes waiting for somebody to say something. I tried opening the door to go in and order, it’s locked. 3 employees sitting inside and not one has said one word to me. Horrible service.

On 03/01/2023. Everyone that was ahead of me had to wait 20 minutes for their food. Me and my kids had to wait 15 minutes for our food. I drive up to the window. There was a white male probably around 18 and 19 years old, he asked me for my payment. He returns back with my debit card but doesn’t hand me my food. He opens my bag looks inside of it and still does not give me my food. I am assuming maybe he is waiting for the rest of my order. I then see a black young man who is doing no work and leaning over something. Then the white name starts saying to the black, that, that girl and he slightly nods towards me. The black male looks at me and says nothing. I still haven’t gotten my food. The white guy says again that girl girl and said something that I am not sure what he said and then drastically gestures his head towards again and says that girl right over there and this time points in my direction. I believe he didn’t think I saw him gesture and point at me. The white guy grabs my food and starts to hand it to me and I ask why has it taken you so long for you to give me my food and if you are going to talk about me, give me my food first and let me drive away. The white guy then snatches my food back inside and say me very aggressive I wasn’t talking about you, I wasn’t talking about you” I said to him yes you were, I saw nod towards me twice . Then a young lady walks over and says very abrasively how do you know he was talking about, the window was closed. I said no ma’am that window wasn’t closed and he wouldn’t give me my food and yes he was talking about me I am the only girl he can see sitting here and I saw him gesture his head towards me several times.She said sorry that he didn’t give me my food but he wasn’t talking about you. Because of how rude she was I asked for her manager. She rudely said I am the manager and shoved my food at me. I asked what it is the number here so I can make a complaint to the persons above her. Once again in a very rude manner she said if I call she will be the one to answer and she will just hang up on you. I said I need the number for the person above her manager and their number. After I said that the white guy said “This girl is crazy as S***. The young lady rudely said, (with her hand up as if she was blocking my face) I don’t have to that number and it doesn’t matter you have your food, he wasn’t talking about, you need to leave. While she said that the white male said, “Man this girl is crazy as S***. The young black male was just leaning over something the whole time she doing no work. The white male was really tall, blonde hair: very curly hair on top and short hair on the sides. The white male has he pants sagging almost to his knees.The young lady’s name is Kaydriana B(her name shows on my receipt). A lot of places are short staff but I believe the service was really slow because of people like the white male and the black guy who was doing no work. The white male was more considered about having a conversation with the black male then giving me food. I called the contact us number and made a verbal complaint to hopefully prevent someone else from being treated so rudely and unprofessional. I don’t care about being talked about, I care that I had to wait to get my food because of rude, aggressive, and unprofessional behavior.m

I have rearly been to worse drive thru was more interested in his hair than my order no straws for drinks well the drinks I got ordered milk and applesauce with kids meal got fries and no drink and no dipping sauce for either meal after asking several times run not worth the effort or money. 10/17/20 sad to say drive thru only right now and it is very very slow and fries were cold keep hoping for better
