After paying I was ordered to pull forward, i did not because no one is behind me. Was told a second time within one minute to pull forward. I said I would as soon as someone comes up from behind… i was then given a choice to pull forward or receive a refund and leave.

I go to Arby’s a couple times a week. I get the number two, half pound meal, regular size with crinkle cut fries, and low calorie lemonade. I generally wait no more than a couple minutes for the crinkle cut fries and they are always hot and fresh. My sandwich is always fresh and hot and loaded with meat. I like going to Arby’s because I have to go before 11:00 a.m. and a lot of different restaurants have a hard time getting their employees there on time and having items ready before 11:00. That is not the problem here at Arby’s. And everyone here is very nice and polite. And my meals are always accurate.

I received a coupon for the garlic ribeye sdw ex 4/16. Several in my bldg wanted to try it so off I went to Arby’s on Miami St in South Bend. I had to wait 5 min for anyone to come to the speaker! Then I was told the sdw was no longer offered…this was 4/14 coupon ex 4/16. I ordered the crispy fish meal and received the same answer even though it was on the menu. I then asked for the ham n cheese and yup…you guessed it…got the same answer. Being super frustrated I asked what they did havve and was told to read the menu!!! Why bother? Were they purposely saying they no longer have these items so they didn’t have to work? The next 2 cars behind me also left making no order!!!

I got a medium Roast beef Sandwich. The bread was so old it fell the pieces. It tasted really old. Yes I was disappointed. The meat was dried out, discolored. Very disappointed.

Great customer service employees are on the ball! did not have to wait at all, they will cook to order you want fresh out of the oven they will cook it that way for you, call the employees were very friendly, I’ll definitely come back, this Arby’s is under New Management and the kids that work at this location aren’t getting away with just playing around anymore, things have improved quite a bit… If you haven’t been there for a while because of the poor service definitely worth another try.
