Even tho they usually have to start fries when I get there so it’s a little longer wait, they do ask first, are very polite and even covered the cost of a meal one time when I forgot my debit card at home and didn’t have tap-to-pay set up. Thank you!

Food was good. Employees were yelling and cussing. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time we experienced this. These kids should know how to act respectful. Couldn’t tell who the manager was. Was a very disappointing dine in experience. Never have experienced anything like it anywhere. Only thing that quieted them was an older couple tried to order and they said they were out of some of the stuff to make Philly steak sandwiches. They turned around and left and said they never have ingredients for anything we order. That was the only thing that quieted them. Ridiculous.

Every time I come here the drive thru is sooooo slow. It takes 5 plus minutes between orders. If there are 4 cars in front of me, I am waiting 20 minutes. They take each car one at a time and leave you at the order speaker till the person in front of you is done and served. Never seen another Arbys handle traffic the way they do.
