If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered Arby’s today. Food was all ice cold, large fries were only half full. And they forgot my mozzarella sticks. Even the drinks had a sticker on it that said to stir before eating. It’s a drink, I don’t eat drinks.

Went through drive thru tonight. Had 4 orders. A female was taking our order, and doing fine as far as we were concerned. half way through the process a male took over. He talked very fast and was getting it mixed up, he was not listening well at all. After paying, they had us pull ahead. We noticed one of the drinks wasn’t correct but they had shut the window and wasn’t paying attention when we tried to tell them. We pulled up out-of the way. The guy who had taken over the order came out. Handed the bag of food to us and turned quickly to go. We called him back about the drink. we also asked about sauce. He said no there wasn’t any in the bag. And acted frustrated that we were asking. I told him we’d told the girl about it. He came out and took off fast not allowing us to question our food. Which was ALL wrong. Again the female was getting it correctly. HE screwed up in his hurried attitude.

They have their lights on and everything it’s Sunday September 11th at 11:20am. There was a whole line of cars just waiting through the drive-thru saying hello at the lit up speaker for nothing apparently they’re not open. Is there not going to be open when they’re supposed to be and they have all their lights on they need to turn them off and post a sign out of their drive-thru speaker and turn those lights off too.

Ordered a half pound number 1 meals and a chicken slider. Slider had no sauce and the piece if chicken was a broken part of a full peice and was hard as a rock. Couldn’t eat it. The sandwich had 2 slices of meat and enough cheese dripping off of it for multiple sandwiches. The fries were not even half full and soggy. Drove over 600 miles for work today and decided to go there for dinner. Spent almost 30 bucks. Sorta feel like this was either a joke, or flat out laziness. Half expected this from teenager employees. Few young kids in the place and the food was terrible. The girl on the phone offered to replace it but I was already home and again, like I said, drove over 600 miles for work today and didn’t want to go back. The girl on the phone wouldn’t take my name, and let me come by tomorrow. Said “now or never.” The sad part is, this is not the first time this has happened. This is just the first time I’ve said something. This Arby’s needs better employees, or close this place down. No better than the McDonalds down the road…

I ordered roast beef with cheese and the au jus, no au jus. Ordered a large orange shake, the machine was shut down. Then she said we don’t serve orange shakes anymore….then why are the posters advertising it on your windows?The sandwiches we did get were good and hot but the crinkle fries SUCKED! It was obvious they had been fried twice, they were crunchy and snapped when broke in half, and super salty!! We threw them out on our way home.
