The food was very sub-par. I got a chicken bacon and Swiss. The chicken was cold and drenched in sauce!! It was so bad I had to eat the sandwich, with a knife and fork!! The parking lot is being worked on. The construction area is a disaster. Definitely, I would not recommend!!

Put in a mobile order and they had the lobby closed. Can’t fit my vehicle through their drive-thru and already paid for my food. They can’t even open a door too give me my food. Manager was condescending and rude about the situation. Made me walk through the drivethru on foot inbetween cars. Ridiculous terrible service. Then got to the food, which was cold, there was an open sauce packet they through in the bag that was all over everything, you could tell it had been opened a while as the top of the sauce was literally dry. Roast beef sandwich looked like someone stomped on it then threw it in the bag. Absolutely horrible service.

Literally taking one order at the drive thru every 5 minutes. They take one order, have them pull up, give them their order, then they take the next order. It’s 6:55 p.m. This is not the first time I’ve seen this practice at this location. Maybe they should start paying for our gas.

Might have been one of my best visits to an Arby’s. The nicest employee was at the other end of the speaker taking my order. She was very kind, patient with my questions and quick to take my order. At the window, she was just as pleasant and was efficient getting my order around. Everything was right and my food was delicious. Good job, Arby’s. I’ll be back!
