Went through the drive through, ordered two chicken sandwiches and two mozzarella sticks, tried to order a shake and the machine was down. Of course right. Anyways, made us pull into a parking spot to wait for our food. The two cars ahead of me got their food, then 6 cars after me got theirs and I was still waiting. So they come outside again and I ask when I was getting my order and they say one moment, walk back inside and I don’t see them again. So at this point I am assuming that they don’t even know what I ordered…..So I now have to walk inside to see why I haven’t received my order yet … Finally got our order and it is cold!!!!!

This location is the KING of the pull forward (off the timer sensor) and we will bring you your order out the back door game. Every single time – no matter if there are zero or 20 cars in line. Maybe if they weren’t padding their metrics management would see that they are understaffed.

I went through the drive thru, and it took forever. I waited for a Pecan chicken salad sandwich (they don’t have to cook anything for this order) for 10 mins. One car in front of me who had a small order waited this long as well. I only eat at Arby’s for this one item when it is available, so this was annoying and reminded me why I don’t eat fast food.

Jeeze, put someone in the drive thru that can actually reach for a card. I had to nearly hang out my window for the transaction. To top it off you pull every car after payment. Efficiency training I hope is in the stores near future.

I have never had a complaint about this location before. Until now. I just wonder if it is possible to pay normal price for the slider if I would get the normal slider instead of the child’s version? To me the happy hour price isn’t worth what you get on happy hour product. All four of my sandwiches were this small or smaller. Plenty of bread and a tiny little nugget on the inside so basically my happy hour sandwich was sauce and bread. Not happy.
