I meant to make a post yesterday but got a little busy with the holiday. I went to Arby’s to grab my husband the bacon ranch burger and the burger was raw. I guess he was consumed with watching TV and eating before he noticed the burger wasn’t cooked throughly. I’m not a fan of Arby’s anyway. The only time I would visit Arby’s is when they had the brown sugar BLT, but they haven’t bright that back in a few years. I’m attaching a picture of the burger. I’d they’re going to serve burgers cook them or ask how would you like it done.

Staff was quick, courteous, efficient. They deserve a raise! It was busy! We ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap. Do NOT recommend. This might have been the worst wrap I have ever had. The staff prepared it perfectly it’s just Arby’s recipe is awful.

Only one star because Arby’s is dishonest in it’s advertising. claims to be open until midnight but actually only serves doordash from 11pm-12 am. I had money they had food they said they were open. But I would have to go thru a middle man if I wanted a roast beef sandwich.

Spent $56 on 6 fries 4 sandwiches and 2 chicken strips for them to all be old. They pulled me forward and I was expecting fresh food.

Took one of my Clients there today for a quick lunch. Very clean inside and out. The staff was extremely nice and knows how to properly prepare food. My sandwich was A+ Thank you Arbys.

Didn’t include one of the sandwiches I paid for and don’t even give me a receipt so I can’t get a refund. Messed up my other sandwich and didn’t include any sauce for the mozzarella sticks or jalapeno bites. Not a bad restaurant but don’t go to this location.

Aiden was nice but my fries were cold, old, and soggy and I didn’t realize until I got home. I literally never get the curly fries but was craving them tonight. Super disappointing. I get it’s a slow Saturday with no other customers in line, but If you needed even 10 minutes for fresh fries, I would’ve been happy to wait that.

No longer serving breakfast at up to 10:30am now serving it at 10am at least that’s what the guy on the mic said and after researching they said they are not doing that every where but he said they all should be at 10 now and started doing breakfast like that for three months. And there was no one in line after me but I had to pull forward and had to wait on the other customer in front of me because they where pulled up as well!!! They definitely seem very slow right now so not sure why the switch on breakfast and the pulling up with no one behind. My point is arbys website does say that most stores are serving to 10:30am and I’ve been here and was served breakfast after 10am about 3 weeks ago so I’m confused and why doesn’t it state breakfast times on menu in the drive thru line?
