Sooooo this was my 3rd time this week get trying to get fresh food. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. But once’s again they don’t understand the meaning of fresh French Fries ♀️ ♀️ ♀️. I request it cause of the last two times of the food being not fresh. They say yes we can but give me these nasty cold dry up French fries . So I call them. The manager going to say I am sorry it wasn’t to your liking but they where fresh … where?? Anybody in the right mind wouldn’t have at these nasty dried out French fries. Moral of the story is please make fresh food.

They overcharge me, and then the cashier didn’t know what she was doing and then the manager at the time is extremely rude and unpleasant the second time and experience true and both times I’ve been the same. I do not recommend this Arby’s whatsoever.

Sooo… I ordered multiple sandwiches from this Arby’s on Rudisill this afternoon (one for lunch, one for dinner). When I opened my turkey and swiss sandwich up to eat, I noticed these white fuzzy strands of lint or cloth fibers or something all along the cut of the sandwich. It was on both halves of the sandwich where it was cut with their knife. I took it back to that Arby’s and asked for a refund, but they didn’t give me one. Why didn’t they give me a refund? Because I had no receipt. Why didn’t I have a receipt? Because they didn’t give me one! So I told them I wasn’t leaving until I had my money back. Staff offered to have the manager remake the sandwich, but given the attitude the manager “Sebastian” had when discussing my refund, I did not trust a new sandwich. The staff then tried to convince me that there was nothing on the sandwich. I showed him the video I took of it, clearly showing white strands of something on it. He denied it and said it was shredded lettuce. Then later he said it was onion peel. Then finally he said it was just the bread! Lol. After finally locating my order in the system, the manager had staff scribble on a greasy torn piece of paper that I could redeem it for a free turkey and swiss sandwich. I laughed at the guy and asked if he really thought anyone would believe this paper. He said “Sebastian told me to give you this and he even signed it. Everyone here knows this signature.” The guy said they had no more “make it right cards” so that’s why they gave me this paper. What a joke!!!

Went here for a quick lunch break. It’s a nice and cozy place, and the service was quick, and food out in maybe a minute of me ordering? And it’s nice food too, if you’re a deli person like myself. A definite recommend from me.

Arby’s is about the only fast food I actually like. It was a bit difficult getting through the drive through with all the snow. The lady on the speaker wasn’t the nicest person but she wasn’t rude either. It was very quick and they gave me extra sauce at the window. Considering I spent almost $20 on 2 sandwiches and some poppers …I’d hope for some extra sauce!! Nobody will Evverr be able to top the Arby’s broncoberry though!!! Mmm
