Got the waygu burger and it was raw in the middle. Manager kept telling me that’s how they come in and go out and that if we want it we’ll done then we should tell them. However there is no warning for raw meat on menu. Anyways I went back and got another one and after taking a couple bites into the burger there was still some slight pink. The burger can make people really sick and deserve to be sued if they do. It’s a good thing im a man and I’m not pregnant otherwise they’ll hear it from my lawyers

WOULD NOT recommend eating here whatsoever. They just sold me a RAW chicken sandwich! I’m more upset due to the fact that I’m pregnant and do my best to chose items that should be fully cooked on any fast food menu. So disgusted and will never eat here again.

Truly the worst Arby’s in the area, every time I order from there my meal is wrong. Typically a completely different meal is given to me than what I order or it’s extremely under or over cooked. Just today I stopped before work to grab lunch when I opened my sandwich it was a chicken bacon Swiss wrapped in a beef and cheddar wrapper. just disappointing how lazy and inattentive these workers are. do yourself a favor and drive the extra 5-10 minutes to get to an Arby’s that will actually give you food that is edible.

I stopped to meet a dear friend this morning for breakfast and a quick catch up about life in general…just to find in reality… Arby’s dining room is Closed until 10:30am! Rich’s Restaurant took real good care of us…we ordered bacon, eggs, toast and coffee which taste delicious!!!

Arby’s is decent, honestly if it’s made right it’s pretty good. Definitely depends on time of day plus location that’ll determine if your meal will be good. I tend to find that morning thru early afternoon is usually the best time to visit. I have a rule of thumb that I don’t visit these style restaurants after 7. The quality drops dramatically. I recommend Arby’s over most of their competitors.

Truly G.O.A.Ted Arby’s. I didn’t have Arby’s for years due to getting food poisoning but when I moved to this part of town, I started going again solely because the food quality, staff quality and store quality at the Bluffton road Arby’s is so good.

Drive thru was extremely busy. They handled it very well. They made time for a pup cup…that made my dog really happy. Only downside was the curly fries. Might have gotten the last of a batch. Small hard pieces made up the majority. 1st time that’s happened, usually get great curly fries.
