Where do I begin? No receipt was given to us. Didn’t repeat back the order to make sure it was correct. The ladies working the window and in the kitchen were too busy messing around and yelling at each other to the point we could clearly hear them through the closed window. Asked for a #13 and got a #14 instead. No I didn’t bother to go back and get it corrected either because with my luck it would take as long as it did for us being the only ones in the drive thru. Service was unprofessional. I’ve worked in fast food for years, didn’t know it was okay to act like hollering monkeys in front of paying customers. Let me know when they are trained better and act more professional. Then maybe I’ll come back

The last couple of times I have visited it has been around 8pm and I go through the drive-thru and no one takes my order after waiting several minutes and saying “hello. I figured they must have just closed at 8, but after looking online it shows 10pm. So either they only take orders when they feel like or they just close whenever they want each day. Super frustrating. Won’t bother stopping next time.

The worts visit to Arby’s yet. I ordered online because of a great deal. I walked up to the counter to a woman who saw me there, we made eye contact. She didn’t address me, didn’t say hello, didn’t call for anyone just turned hey back to me and began counting her drawer, ON THE SAME SURFACE MY FOOD WAS CURRENTLY SITTING ON. I wasn’t the only one at the counter. Obviously we were at shift change. I just stood patiently waiting. I was curios how long you can have several people staring at your back before becoming uncomfortable. It was not a short time. The fellow next to me was not so patient. When he made himself blatantly known to her she didn’t even turn to face him to address him. She just said “I’ll be there in a minute” without adding her gaze from the drawer.

Today at 1:30p this employee walking like she don’t care. Can’t listen worth a darn. Don’t know how to speak to others. Walks like she’s walking in molasses. She’s about 4ft9in if that. African. And need to be put through a course on customer service.

Lobby was unlocked. We came on motorcycles. Walked in, lady told us lobby is closed. Explained we were on motorcycles and would get it to go. Was told they didn’t have a drawer open for the front. Come on Arby’s. Please hire people with some intelligence and that won’t drive paying customers away.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a combo meal by the combo number on the board. I also asked for mozzarella sticks. When I got home, there were no fries in the bag. I called and the manager that answered the phone said “you weren’t charged for the fries, you got the mozzarella sticks instead.” NO, that’s not what I wanted. I ordered by the combo number, that means I WANTED FRIES, and wanted the Mozz sticks in ADDITION to the combo meal. The manager should have offered me a replacement meal on them. Terrible service and I’ll never eat there again.

Went to this Arby’s after work and picked up dinner in the drive thru. Got home, changed into my night clothes, let my dog out – the whole routine. When I started to eat my dinner I found they did not include the Arby’s or Horsey sauce I asked for. I called the store, and the manager told me to come back and they would give me the sauce. I told her that by the time I got dressed again and drove all the way back to the store, my sandwich would be cold and inedible. I asked if I could exchange it for a fresh one, or better yet, be comped at a later date so I didn’t have to drive all the way back after I had already settled in for the night. The manager (someone named Destiny) literally said “I’m not giving you anything, have a nice night”, then hung up on me.

Many times when I go in to place or pick up an order, I am forced to listen to the staff’s blaring hip hop music with foul and raunchy lyrics. Sometimes it is so loud it’s hard to place the order! Where is management???? This

This store is very clean and the staff are friendly. Had a large order for several people at work and went inside to order. They were very patient and made sure they had everything right before I paid. This is a busy location but they keep the pace pretty well. Would visit here again. Great for groups or dining alone.
