Ordered the Buffalo crispy wrap, and there was literally 1 very thin, overly crispy piece of chicken. Food macros said it was 30+ grams of protein. I highly doubt that given there was barely any meat on the wrap.

Nice, clean inside. Parking lot has potholes. Food was solid. They gave me three more jalapeño poppers for waiting a few extra minutes. No complaints on wait time though. Pretty calm on the inside and nice people behind counter.

Went through drive thru & ordered the usual meals we eat where we live in Florida. Sandwiches were not even warm, fries were cold & chewy, lemonade was nothing but water (no lemonade taste to it at all). Worst food we’ve ever had at any Arby’s!!

Drive through guy was wonderful and cheerful. Unfortunately, the food was so bad we couldn’t eat it. The bun on my roast beef sandwich was dry and crumbled when you picked it up. I ordered a double and there was hardly any actual meat on the sandwhich. The burger my husband had was burnt and super dry. So disappointing. We were traveling so ended up going to another place further down the highway.

I placed an order for three meals and a kids meal. When the individual was handing me my food I noticed that there were rips in two bottom corners of the bag and a big rip down the side. I asked if she could repackage the order as there were fries falling out of the bag and I was concerned that I may drop the bag due to it’s poor condition. She was very rude about it, tossed an empty bag at me and said that if I wanted it repackaged that I would have to do it myself and then she slammed the drive thru window shut.
