Food is fine they have a hard time getting enough help a lot of times the drive through is the only thing open so you can’t go inside a lot of the time

We loved visiting this Arby’s. Great food even though they were short staffed. They did a great job.

My husband and I went there yesterday. Not impressed at all. The dining room was locked, but we just assumed that it was because they didn’t want to clean the dining room. So we went through the drive thru instead. We ordered the 4 regular roast beef sandwiches for $10. All 4 of them were cold and tasted old. My husband also got one of them with the red ranch. They put way too much sauce on it. And there were at least 3 people working. But it still took a little bit to wait. I can see why this location hardly ever has any business.

This Arby’s in Greensburg was terrible. Nothing i wanted from their menu was available. I was told by an employee that they don’t have most of what’s on the menu. What??? That’s just poor business. Won’t go back and as a delivery person i will tell everyone..

It was our 1st time to this Arby’s. and the 1st to Arby’s in quite a while. There really isn’t anythingfor me to complain about. There was hardly anyone there. I was able to place my order as soon as I was ready. I received great service, I didn’t wait too long for my food and they got everything right. I was surprised at how much they had on their menu. Even my very picky son was able to find something to eat and liked it.

Restaurant overall very dirty. Looked like cleaning might have been in progress but was abandoned halfway through. Bathroom messy and in a state of disrepair. Sauces dispensers empty, gnats flew out when pumping sauce. No dipping cups. Seem to be well understaffed, workers present inexperienced and appear confused. Waited 10 minutes for a classic roast beef but got it served on a smashed soggy bun. Construction makes the restaurant a hassle to get in and out of from I-74. Skip this I-74 exit altogether if traveling.

Attempted to order at the drive thru. The young man who was taking my order was incredibly rude. Terrible customer service. He was argumentative and his attitude was very unpleasant. We decided mid order to take our business next door to Long John Silver’s where we received outstanding customer service.

Ordered 4 regular roast beef through the drive thru. Checked the bag and saw 4 sandwiches and went home. opened the sandwiches and saw we were charged for and received 4 beef and cheddar. No big deal. It happens. I went back through the drive thru waited 10min. I told them what happened and was told to come inside. (Rudely) I came inside, there I was met with the manager. She was very snippy and rude from the beginning. And said that since it was rung in as beef and cheddar it wasn’t their fault. And grabbed four sandwiches and tossed them in a bag and handed it to me. I said thank you with a smile and walked out. (I was very sweet and kind and was careful with how I handled the situation because I have worked in customer service and I know accidents happen it’s not a big deal.) She was very short with her interaction with me. Like I was trying to steal sandwiches or something. It was very odd. We got home with our 4 sandwiches (I love 5min away). they were cold, falling apart, soggy and the meat was tough. We couldn’t eat them and I didn’t want to make another trip to the store with that manager on duty. We love Arby’s but not looking like we will be returning to this location any more.
