Love the new wagyu Burger. First day ordered Wahoo burger and large drink pay 1111. Burger had cheese bacon and tomato. Next day same order I only had cheese and tomato the guy said I did not pay for bacon both receipts said bacon wagyu burgers. There was a girl I’m assuming a employee, walking around behind the counter with PJ bottoms and a sports bra on. So that was off setting. The guy who rang us up was friendly. The food was cold! Fries were old. Sucked, very unhappy with this Arbys.

Never been so mad, didn’t tell me they don’t have potato cakes anymore and let me think I didn’t get it and was only a couple pieces of meat on my sandwich and my sons chicken nuggets were dry and old. U can tell we arrived 30 minutes b4 closing and paid for it with horrible service.
