I have been eating at Arby’s for a really long time. You can rarely go wrong with a meal here. Usually a regular roast beef. Mozzarella sticks and marinara sauce. Chicken strips and fries. Sure miss the potatoe cakes.

I am giving the food a 2 rating because I found out that the drink sizes and prices have changed for the worse. Now a small drink looks like a mini drink. The medium drink is the old small drink and the large size drink is the old medium drink. The drink size went down for the same price. The Arbys owners need to know this is a rip off in price. You have to order a medium drink to get the old small size. highway robbery!!

Once again, $30 order. She talked on the intercom to her friend, then we finally got to order. Threw bags out the window at us, shut the window, went back to her chit-chat with friends. Cold food and once again, major parts of the order missing. Typical. Maybe it’s just Indiana. IDK. They don’t get it here.

Service was rude and hateful. When my husband husband walked in the manager on staff (12-12-2022 3:30 pm) looked at my husband and didn’t acknowledge him several times. My husband finally asked if he needed to go through the drive through to get the order. The woman slammed the order on the counter and walked away. When my husband asked if he even has the right order she angrily snapped at him “We only had one.” And then proceeded to snarkily reply that the order was by last name.
