As the day wore on I needed to have lunch and Arby’s presented itself as an option. We stopped and walked in as the others needed to use the restroom anyway. It was a very typical Arby’s and I was able to place my order quickly. I ordered two regular roast beef sandwiches so I could have one immediately and one a little later.

Neither the fish sandwich nor the crinkle fries were crisp and fresh. They were not freshly made. I expect better quality from Arby’s. Their price point is above most other fast food restaurants.

I couldnt get what i wanted because they were out. So i ordered something else, asked to replace the curly fries with mozzarella sticks the person confirmed i wanted them and said ok. I also asked to have my sandwich plain . Paid for our meal and when i got it there wasnt any mozzarella sticks so i had to wait for them to get some made. Got home with my food only to find out i wasnt eating my sandwich because they didnt make it plain like i had asked for it to be made.

One worker was very pleasant and helpful, while his younger counterpart stood there complaining about having to work so much. But the food was good, and the service was fast and (mostly) friendly! Though extremely short handed, they always work really hard to get people served in a timely manner
