Just bought a Bacon Swiss chicken sandwich, and it was HARD and DRY! I’ve called to complain about this, but they don’t answer the phone. Or someone picks it up and hangs it up. If you like your food fresh, don’t eat here! If I could give zero stars I would.

Arby’s is like the Nickelback of fast food. You hear a lot of people complain about it and say they don’t like it but they’re awfully awfully popular and I’ve never had any trouble at any Arby’s anywhere in the country that I’ve been to. Nickelback does suck though.

arbys is my stop. i get the french dip everywhere. stopped here to get usual. skimpped so bad on meat. showed the staff they said its weighted. I have Been eating these a long time they don’t look like this basically manager told me this is the way to come she said I could have another one but it would just be the same thing I’ve decided I won’t come back this one again fricken 13 dollars. after complaining which i try not do. they did give me another.
