Horrible location needs new manager employees apparently can’t cook fries both orders are raw and soggy cold and can’t manage to properly put a top on a cup ….so I pay for 2 cokes 2 fries and 2 roast beef sandwiches coke is spilled fries are not cooked so the only thing I got that I paid for was the 2 sandwiches save your time money and frustration go to 16 and Groesbeck orGratiot and masonic …the fraser location has been Horrible consistently for months…please get a manager that will actually do their job

I ordered in the drive-thru. I received my food quickly at the drive-thru window. Shortly after pulling onto the road we started eating. All the food was cold. I first noticed it with the french fries but rationalized as that sometimes happens as they cool quickly. However all of the sandwiches were barely room temp. It was like the fish was taken out of the fridge and microwave for 30 seconds. Pretty gross for sure. The other sandwich had a piece of sliced cheese on it and it wasn’t even remotely melted. Typically it melt from the heat of the sandwich or from being cooked.

Went to Arby’s today and waited at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes. We said hello, seconds later we here “one moment” in a rude voice. A few minutes after that we hear what can I get you. We start to say our order then sounds like he said what was that. So we start to repeat our order and get interrupted by him yelling slower. (Mind you we weren’t talking fast at all). So we repeat our order once again then we heard him mumble. We say, what was that. Then he yells SAUCE. After that we say what the hell, forget it, then start driving away. As we’re driving away we here f#$k you over the speaker. Obviously someone needs an attitude check.

7pm and employee is busy closing 3/4 of the lobby, while a line is forming. Only came here because of a coupon I had just received in the mail, but I’m greatly reconsidering the choice. Now the employee is moping the floor, nothing like eating my meal with a strong cleaner smell in the air. Place need better management just shut it down. It will be long time before we return.

Ice cold Ham slider sandwich, lobby was closed so had to call or go back and get in drive thru line. No problem manager brought out new sandwich. Only to get to my office with the employees food to find out the order was wrong lettuce and onion clearly a kitchen issue as the bill is written correctly.
