Two big orders were ahead of me in line. I was just ordering a shake. The cashier told me to come in and get the shake because it would be a lot faster. When I pulled around and parked and went in she already had the shake ready for me! It was really nice!

I never leave negative feedback but as a business owner i would be heart broken if my people were like these people. I understand it’s hard to get help these days but the people at the drive through tonight around 5pm acted like we got them out of bed. I worked fast food before becoming a business owner and we had to put our game face on and move quickly. Fold closed the bag so the food stayed warm. Enough said.

Sign said closes at 11pm and the lazy staff turns off the drive through lights and lock the front door so you think its closed.

I asked for extra red ranch on my beef and cheddar and it was also on my slip. My sandwich never had any of the sauce. This is not the first time it has happened. They need to pay attention to what the customer is requesting. The service is always slow.

We arrived at 6:30 pm, The drive through was the only thing open and they were very slow despite only having 2 other cars we waited 25 minutes (for 2 roast beef and 2 curly fries and 2 drinks) they tried to give us the wrong order, almost forgot our drinks, gave us 2 Dr. Pepper instead of 1 and 1 Coke, didn’t offer or give us any sauce and forgot napkins and only gave us 1 straw. 2 vehicles behind us waiting left before reaching the window.

Online ordering process is absolutely atrocious. Either the workers have no clue or the person who engineered this process doesn’t, probably both. Why is this so difficult for you? Every other restaurant seems to handle the online ordering process so efficiently. This sucks and am never coming back until this is resolved. So frustrated right now. Would give zero stars if I could.
