This location constantly forgets items, fills drinks only 2/3 full, and yesterday they gave me three fermented ranch cups!!! I’ve been getting mozzarella sticks with ranch from Arby’s for years and it’s never looked like this, something is wrong.

This place is absolutely nasty! When you find a black cheap lee press-on nail in your food I can’t even imagine what snot, feces, skin flakes and dandruff was once under that nail that has now contaminated our food. There is no excuse for this type of unsanitary condition in food service.

They consistently get our order wrong. Last time we got someone else’s order completely. I called and spoke with a manager and he said he would put my name on list. Fast forward went to collect on my free meal tonight. Of course my name is not on their list. No free meal. Never again! 3 strikes and your out!

I don’t get fast food often, but when I do, Arby’s is usually the best option. This time I was a little disappointed with the chicken tenders. They used to be big and juicy. These were more like popcorn chicken with too much batter. My fries were not fresh either.

I picked up a doordash order here and while I was waiting I ordered some jalapeno poppers with the berry bronco sauce! There so good FRESH if you haven’t tried them yet! The doordash order was ready very quickly but my poppers were just sitting there for who knows how long..they were handed to me in 30 seconds. They weren’t the worst but definitely not the best. Service was speedy and excellent.

It was 20 minutes in the drive thru line. I ordered the steakhouse meal large with curly fries and coke. I got medium with crinkle fries and ice tea. I would have preferred to throw out my 12 dollar meal and go get something else that I could enjoy but I was already home. Pay 20 dollars an hour and run the business correctly.
