Usually good, but they need to add more bacon on the chicken bacon swiss sandwich. It looks as if they put crumbs off the corner of the bacon on there. What happened to at least two slices of bacon. And the chicken sliders are usually just bread with a tiny pinch of chicken. But customer service is really nice.

The staff were nice. The service here outstripped Wendy’s by a mile. That said, it seems like the chain’s food has gone down in quality again. More bun than meat on the sandwiches. They aren’t filling anymore and the flavor balance is off.

The roast beef was very rubbery, almost felt like I was chewing on steak fat, took one bite, very disappointing after spending 15 dollars on a meal. Fries are old and mixed with different types of fries. Also what are all these brown spots on the meat? As I said very disappointed and a complete waste of money

I love their food, and usually love their service, but the girl over the headset tonight was incredibly rude. There is no reason to say “you can say the whole order please” with an attitude especially when we finished ordering in under 5 minutes. Along with the rudeness afterwards. So because my bf asked me a question for 5 seconds you have the right to be rude? Don’t work in service if you hate it.
