I commend them for being fast they kept the line moving. However, the customer service was lacking. Not very friendly. I asked for no ice at the speaker. They did not listen. So, I had to ask again at the window for them to redo my drink. Also, I ordered the white cheddar mac n cheese which I got but it was like a spoon full in the big container that it comes in. It wasn’t even half the container. I asked the young man at the register before I pulled off. He said that it comes that way. I don’t know if it’s true or not but what I got was less than the last time I ordered it. If this is the case Arby’s might want smaller containers or do a better job at making sure the portions are not only a nice amount but equally distributed. Kinda disappointed.

The new fish and fries meal is nowhere near being worth $12! I know everyone’s prices have gotten absurd but 5 small pieces of fish that look like nuggets and a small fry and drink for $12 was a once and done type of situation. I could go to my local fish fry restaurant and get actual full size fillets, fries, coleslaw and a drink for that price or a buck more. Full on ripoff! I just wanted to see what you get since they made it look halfway decent on the commercials. Those pieces of fish are about the length of your finger. Save your money and go elsewhere, especially since I could’ve sat at Applebee’s for their AYCE boneless wings for 12.99.

Arby’s should be ashamed of themselves. $9.19 for a 3 pc fish meal. This is a 5yr old meal & may not be enough for them. Price is ridiculous for these little fish nuggets. Cold food, slow service. This was a waste of money & time. Very disappointed!! And to think I don’t eat fast food but my husband wanted a chicken sandwich. Why can’t I post picture of these little nuggets.

Yesterday, I stopped in the Arby’s on Southfield Rd. I ordered the crispy fish sandwich on a Hawaiian bun. I told the young man I wanted it dropped fresh with no lettuce, no tomato and light tartar sauce. When I got my order, the fish sandwich was on a seeded bun, it was lukewarm…….how did that happen and I asked for it to be dropped fresh? The fries were also not hot. I took the sandwich back up and told the manager my order was wrong. She told me there was nothing she could do about because she was the only one making sandwiches, blah….blah…..blah!!! If you act like you don’t care about your customers, that’s fine! I will never step foot into that Arby’s again!!! Poor customer service is a definite pet peeve of mine!

Arby’s is pretty decent for fast food. I came here for lunch today; it’s close to where I work, and I was short on time. I ordered the Buttermilk Chicken Bacon and Swiss sandwich with curly fries and an Apple Turnover. The Apple turnover is so delicious!
